Whilst Residency Malta Agency will no longer be receiving new applications for the Malta Residence and Visa Programme, the Agency will be processing applications submitted until March 26, 2021. The Agency will also maintain its monitoring and compliance function, by conducting checks on beneficiaries, according to law. Moreover, beneficiaries are still able to benefit from the Programme if they need to add more dependants after the issuance of a Residency Certificate.
